Swiggy rolls out AI Business Partner: Guru

Today, AI has redefined how businesses operate and is driving higher efficiency across industries. 
With Guru, Swiggy has introduced an intuitive, AI-first assistant that redefines daily restaurant management, providing 24x7 support, faster query resolution, and actionable performance insights that help grow their business.

This one-of-its-kind, AI Assistant is designed to empower Swiggy’s restaurant partners by enabling them to take data-driven decisions, optimise sales funnels, and resolve operational queries in seconds- all through an easy-to-use, single conversational chat. The interface is available in over 20 vernacular languages including Hindi, Kannada and Telugu. Additionally, it can enable restaurant partners to manage their ads and discount campaigns as well as view their payout annexures in detail, including tax reports, and payout summaries.

With Guru, its restaurant partners have a 24x7 AI assistant that can help them with a variety of tasks and queries aimed at simplifying day-to-day restaurant management. Restaurant partners can use Guru to start, review, and modify their ad campaigns instantly- all via a single chat prompt. In addition to this, they can get a full funnel analysis of their GMV and orders, along with a detailed report on what is not working well and recommendations to fix it. Guru has been designed to evaluate across key metrics - including sales, orders, AOV and 30+ other metrics, tracked consistently over time.

Menu insights on Guru allow partners to add items, generate descriptions, and highlight top-selling items to deliver personalised insights, by analysing the category performance and what is working for them.
