Bad Boy pizza targets Rs. 200 cr. ARR

Bad Boy Pizza, backed by Badshah, is gearing up for its next phase of growth, targeting an annualized recurring revenue (ARR) of over ₹200 crore while expanding its footprint to more than 70 outlets by 2028. The company, co-founded by rapper Badshah and F&B entrepreneur Karan Tanna, also plans to enter the UK and US markets by 2029 as it looks to build an international presence.  The expansion comes as the brand completes one year of operations. By December this year, Bad Boy Pizza plans to launch five flagship experiential outlets—three in Mumbai and two in Gujarat's Surat and Ahmedabad—as it doubles down on its cluster-based growth strategy. Third Wave Coffee raises Rs. 408 cr.

Bengaluru-based coffee chain Third Wave Coffee has raised Rs 408 crore (43 million) in a funding round led by existing investor WestBridge Capital, with most of the capital coming through a primary issuance. The round also saw participation from existing investor Creaegis and other angel investors.  The new funding will support expansion in existing markets, increase presence in high-potential cities and accelerate its Third Rush Desserts segment, the company said in a press release. According to a Mint report, the latest round values Third Wave Coffee at around Rs 2,000 crore ($210 million), compared to Rs 1,200 crore (150 million) during the previous funding round. The company plans to enter nine new cities in the coming months, including Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar and Lucknow. It also plans to deepen its presence in tier II and tier III cities. EIH Q1 FY27 revenue rises by 15 percent

EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group, has reported a 15 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 698 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, supported by resilient domestic demand and sustained momentum in luxury travel. Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 208 crore, an increase of 6 per cent year-on-year, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was at Rs 120 crore. On a standalone basis, revenue increased 15 per cent year-on-year to Rs 658 crore, EBITDA rose 7 per cent to Rs 207 crore and PAT was Rs 127 crore. Jubilant Foodworks has identified Popeyes as the emerging second growth engine while the efforts to drive time in traffic to Domino's is producing visible results. Dominos has reported a 6 percent rise in profits this quarter driven by growth in the core business and new store expansion. It is expected that the same store sales growth would improve substantially with time. Speciality Restaurants report 39% jump in profits

Restaurant chain 'Speciality Restaurant Limited', which owns and operates brands like Mainland China, Asia Kitchen by Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, Gong, Siciliana, Sigree-Global grill. Haka, Sweet Bengal and Walters has announced its Q1 FY27 result. The total income for the quarter stands at Rs. 129.79 crore, up 15.69 percent from 108.73 crore in the same quarter last year. the EBITDA has risen to 17.56 percent to Rs, 27.85 crore, and profit after tax has grown by 21.13 percent to Rs 6.88 crore. The total comprehensive income comes in at Rs. 6.57 crore compared to Rs. 6.09 crore in Q1 FY26. On a consolidated basis, total income for the quarter was Rs. 131.30 crore, up 14.66 percent from Rs 114.51 crore a year earlier. EBITDA grew 21.28 percent to Rs 28.61 crore, while profit after tax rose to Rs 7.11 crore, up from Rs 5.12 crore in Q1FY26. Wah! Foods aims to reach an annual revenue of Rs 250 crore by FY30

Sagar Daryani-backed Wah! Foods, the company behind Wah! Puchka and Wah! Litti, is aiming to reach an annual revenue of Rs 250 crore by FY30 as it expands its Indian street-food QSR business. The company currently operates in Kolkata and Pune and plans to strengthen its presence in these two markets before entering more cities.
